So Perlmutter sent out this big press release the other day announcing his endorsements. Did anybody else notice that he misspelled his employer's name?!?!?!?!?!?!?
From the Press release and the Perlmutter Website:
Today, Ed is an attorney with the Denver-based law firm of Berenbaum, Weinshenk & Eason where he specializes in business reorganizations and commercial litigation.
It is Weinshienk not Weinshenk. I know that this is a minor point, but you would think Edwin would know how to spell the name of the place where he works!!!

Matt Dempsey - My favorite R politico almost beat the rap. In the '02 Allard-Strickland race Matt was paid to be obnoxious (he was well qualified) at political events. When he was arrested for taking his antics 'too far,' Matt took his fight all the way to the CO Supreme Court.
His disruption charge was dropped, but the obstruction charge stuck. While only a misdemeanor, I love the fact Matt has a record. Does anyone want to go in with me to make some coffee mugs with his mug-shot on it?

Ahhh, Dempsey. I remember those days well. Back when it was the democrats who fielded rich white guys who were terrible candidates.
This case was actually much more interesting than the "Anti-Bush Denver Three." Matt had the audacity to wear an Allard t-shirt at a Strickland rally. He wasn't just kicked out of the event, he was sent to jail. The "Three" have nothing to whine about.

This is how Colo Dems judge success - how many Republicans carrying signs get carted off by the crack officers of the Boulder Police Department.

I am glad to see that Edwin's folks read this blog, since they have now changed their webpage with the correct spelling of Eddie's employer!!!!
